  Absolutely useless over the phone assistance. Put on hold, transferred to other people within the store 4 times and spent over 10 minutes on the phone trying to find out if a particular item was in stock.

  Good chemist.a good variety of gifts and staff are good . the shelves are well stocked little bit dear but if you want to buy some thing you can get what you want to buy.
